We are Dan and Sam - two engineers and developers based in Adelaide, South Australia.
Your run of the mill fellas, earning a crust as professional Software Engineers working in the private industry. While coding high quality software is a day job, designing, creating and hosting websites for friends and family became a part time passion of ours.

It started as a bit of fun and has evolved to what we now know as BluPup.

The BluPup Portfolio - Key Projects
Beachport Golf Club
BluPup had the pleasure of developing the first ever website for the Beachport Golf Club. An amazing development experience liasing with the club members to paint the perfect picture for the beautiful golf course, facilities and people down on the Limestone Coast.
The website was created to provide the following
- Information on the services offered at the club, along with green and hire fees
- To be the primary method of disseminating competition results and club news to the public. To achieve this we implemented two separate blog feeds, one for results and the other news. Editorial accounts were setup for the BPGC team, giving full access to create new blog posts in WordPress as they need
- Display the illustrated programs for current and upcoming events at the club
- Contact page that automatically collates and forwards enquiries to a specified email
Athletic Performance Establishment
BluPup proudly developed a website for the team at Athletic Performance Establishment who operate out of Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.
This particular website was developed with a more traditional coding approach, using programming languages such as Javascript, HTML and CSS with a React framework. A great alternative to the typical WordPress sites, React websites offer a lot of benefits in functionality and customisation. BluPup were able to code in a Carousel, a Contact Form and a Blog utilising code developed by the team at BluPup.
Kathleen Halliday Ceremonies
A good example of BluPup’s hosting capability, Kathleen Halliday Ceremonies is our pioneer hosting project. BluPup successfully provided a full migration from a more costly hosting service to our own servers. With WordPress, email and database migration coupled with full c-Panel support, Kath was setup with minimal down time and a few extra bucks in her back pocket every month.
